Zinc bath housing
The zinc bath housing collects all the fumes arising during dropping the goods into the liquid zinc.
Fumes arising during dropping the goods into the liquid zinc are collected in the zinc bath housing. From the housing the fumes are extracted to the fume purification plant.
The wide doors on the sidewall allow convenient access to the zinc bath for skimming. Height of the housing is adapted to the kettle depth. Lights inside the housing provide enough light for the operators to observe the processing.
The railing at the lower part of the housing protects operators against zinc splashes. Depending on the specific requirements of the production different designs are available for considering the individual transportation systems for the goods.
The zinc bath housing is a must for today's work safety and environment protection.

Galvanizing of Single Parts
Drying furnace
Drying furnaces are used for drying the goods before they enter the galvanizing bath. The drying process finishes the pre-treatment, which took place in liquid media and ended up with dipping the parts into flux.Galvanizing furnace for high temperature
Galvanizing furnaces with ceramic bath area are used for galvanizing of small parts. They are available with natural gas and oil heating. The dimension can be adapted to the intended goods to be galvanized.Galvanizing furnace with kettle
Galvanizing furnaces with kettle are used for galvanizing of structural steel components of large dimension. They are available with natural gas, oil or electrical heating. The dimension can be adapted to the intended goods to be galvanized.Hard zinc grab
Most important tool for maintaining the galvanizing kettle is the hard zinc grab.
